Ótima estadia em studio novo e confortável !Recomendo ,em regiao com otimo acesso a toda a cidade! com otimo acesso Positive: A localização é perfeita, quarto confortável, grande com banheiro separado, a assistencia de Felipe foi excelente e gentil. Negative: As escadas são muito íngremes, típicas de amsterdam.

Positive: The location was good. Negative: The description on Booking.com was entirely inaccurate. Booking.com stated that it was a ground-floor unit, which implies that there are no stairs. In fact, it was a basement unit with very, very steep stairs, which was dangerous and unacceptable. Booking.com also stated that it had a fully equipped kitchen. It did not! There was a small fridge and a coffee maker...NOTHING more! I checked out after a couple of days because it was too dangerous for me owing to my limited mobility. The owner/manager of the property was very belligerent and unreceptive towards these significant issues. I had to go through a lengthy appeals process with Booking.com.

Toll eingerichtet mit Heizung, Luftreiniger, viele Lampen aber es bleibt eben ein Keller. Die Lage dafür top. Positive: Tolle Lage, geräumig, toll eingerichtet. Negative: Sehr wenig Tageslicht, eher kühl, Luft riecht etwas abgestanden. Lüftung im Bad funktionierte nicht.

Beautiful room, very relaxing to escape the busy streets! Positive: Very comfortable bed, really quiet, very spacious. Nicely decorated. Useful being able to move the tv on an arm so you can see it wherever you’re sitting. Negative: Being in a basement with no view, but we knew that when we booked. Could have done with some cereal bowls for breakfast & a coffee table between the armchairs and some washing up liquid to wash the plates, cups etc

No value for money except for the location Positive: The only real positive was the location, which is convenient for exploring the city. Negative: Unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations. The room was not very clean, the bathroom had a persistent sewage smell, and the overall atmosphere felt quite dark and uninviting. Overall, we felt the property was significantly overpriced for what it offers, and the value for money was disappointing.
