173 B - Nassau canal suites

Great location, good apartment Positive: Great location, just outside central Amsterdam, so it's easy to walk everywhere, but you can still find non-touristy cafés and restaurants in the other direction. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Negative: The advertised "fully equipped kitchen" is just a fridge with a coffee machine and a kettle on top (that had leftover water in it) and no bowls, only plates.

Positive: Nothing Negative: The owner of the place has advertised the place as the floor is in the ground however it was in the basement. The room was smelling intensively moister there was no AC. The bedding were not properley clean. The bed was not comfortable. The bathroom sink was blocked the water did not flow out we even could not wasch our hands . The was no window available to see outside bc it was in the ground floor the owner played with the words ground instead of basement and did not put photos that show it is under the ground. We are not really comfortable in the hostel room it is not a canal suit . It is only playing words and showing the facility fancy. Although I have told to change my room and that I am not happy they did not change. If I knew the place located in the underground I would not book it.

נחמד מאוד, נהננו בעיקר מהמיקום של המקום והדירה היתה נחמדה מאד ונקיה Positive: המקום לא מספק ארוחת בוקר. המיקום היה מצויין,קרוב לליידספליין ולכיכר דאם עד 25 דקות הליכה לכיכר דאם. דירה נקיה,ביקשתי מהמארח קישוט לחדר לכבוד יום ההולדת של בעלי והוא דאג לזה וקישטו ממש יפה. המארח כן היה זמין Negative: הגענו בטיסה מוקדמת והגענו לדירה בסביבות השעה 11 בבוקר. הצ׳ק אין הוא בשעה 16:00. שאלתי אם אפשר לבצע צ׳ק אין מוקדם ונאמר שלא מאחר ונכנסה להם הזמנה בלילה שלפני. כמובן שקיבלתי את זה.אבל ביקשתי לאחסן את החפצים שלנו בדירה בזמן הזה ונתקלתי בסירוב מצד המארח שהפנה אותי לכל מיני מקומות אחסון ציבוריים , לא נגישים שלא מצאנו אותם כלל. הסברתי שוב שאני בהיריון ומאוד קשה לנו להסתובב עם כל החפצים ממקום למקום וממש ביקשתי רק להכניס את הדברים פנימה. המארח טען שזה מפריע לצוות הניקיון. בפועל לא חושבת שהיתה בעיה עם זה מאחר וכשנכנסנו ראינו שהיו המון מקומות ואופציות בהן אפשר לאחסן את הדברים שלנו לבינתיים ובאופן כללי שירות של כל מקום אירוח זה לאפשר לאורחים לאחסן את החפצים עד הצ׳ק אין. לא משנה כמה ביקשתי נתקלתי בסירוב והמארח אמר שיעדכן כשהמנקה תסיים. מהשעה 11:00 ועד השעה 16:00 הוא לא עדכן אותנו שניתן להגיע. פשוט הגענו בזמן הצ׳ק אין ולקחנו את המפתח מהבחינה הזו זו היתה ממש אכזבה מבחינתנו כי זה גרם לנו להתרוצץ עם דברים כבדים ממקום למקום כשאני בהיריון מבלי לקבל עזרה והבנה מצד המארח בנושא.

Positive: Se ve como en las fotos, amplio y cómodo. Negative: No tiene facilidad para ventilar y que entre aire del exterior. Se podría mejorar la limpieza.

Positive: El espacio es suficiente para una estancia agradable. Negative: La cama es demasiado blanda para mi. Está en un sótano y el acceso se hace por unas escaleras muy estrechas pero es lo habitual en Amsterdam.
