Tolles kleines charmantes Hotel, tollen Personal Positive: Ein Hotel mit sehr viel Scham. Tolles Personal Die immer zur Hilfe waren, Und ihr Bestes gaben Negative: Dass man in dem Zimmer die Fenster nicht öffnen konnte. Dass die Toilettenspülung sehr laut ist.

Great stay, generally had a pretty nice stay there but if to change one thing would be to fix the stairs situation Positive: Great location, clean, spacious, great amenities. Helpful with recommendations etc. bedrooms and bathroom were comfortable and well maintained Negative: The stairs were dangerous as had no banister at the open side of the stairs, which I would recommend to fix asap to prevent accidents. The light placement was a bit random and could not locate the light for the downstairs bathroom. Also there was a sticky feeling around the walls and railing and downstairs had bit of a musty smell. Also when flushing the toilets/ using the tap, there was a sudden smell of sewage which stayed in the bathroom I think from the shower drain. Apart from those problems generally had a pleasant stay!

Aangenaam verblijf in Vinkenveen Positive: Goed gelegen hotel aan de Vinkenveense Plassen met privé parking. Ideale uitvalbasis om de omgeving te verkennen.Goede bedden en douche.Uitgebreid ontbijt. We hadden een appartementje geboekt: Alle comfort was aanwezig. Kleine probleempjes werden snel opgelost na communicatie met het hotel. Negative: Geen persoonlijke ontvangst maar kluisje met code om de sleutels te ontvangen. Communicatie verliep via chat.... we hadden liever een persoonlijk contact gehad zodat we wat inlichtingen konden vragen over de omgeving of activiteiten die er voorzien zijn in de regio. We wilden graag gaan suppen of bootje huren, geen informatie hierover gevonden in het hotel.Tip : enkele flyers of folders klaarleggen in de kamer met toeristische info.

Déçu Positive: Le petit dej et la sympathie du monsieur au service de celui-ci. La cuisine avec le nécessaire pour cuisiner au besoin, frigo etc. La localisation très bien. Clim. Negative: Chambre n°5 (2 adultes et 2 enfants) Il n'y a pas de volet dans le logement, juste des rideaux épais, et dans la chambre juste un rideau à ficelle, qu'il n'est pas suffisant pour la lumière du jour le matin et trop fin l'intimité. Surtout qu'il y a du passage derrière la fenêtre. La douche est DANS la chambre. Il n'y a pas de fermeture dans la chambre parentale (absence d'intimité). Le toilette est entre la chambre et la cuisine, et les portes ne se ferment pas à clé. Il n'y a pas d'armoire pour les vêtements, juste 2 tables de nuits au chevet. Il y a de sacrés courants d'air aux fenêtres, surtout dans la chambre parentale, mais le lit reste confortable. Pas d'acces au jacuzzi. Pour le prix, la qualité n'était pour notre part à tout les 4 pas au rendez-vous.
