לא ממליץ בכלל Positive: מיקום מצוין בלב שכונת Jordaan. אזור שליו ונעים להליכה, רומנטי במיוחד. הרבה מסעדות וברים וסופרים באזור אז אין בעיה מהבחינה הזאת. דירה מוארת מאוד ויחסית גדולה, אוויר טוב נכנס מהחלונות היפים של הדירה. המיטה נוחה מאוד.
