לא ממליץ בכלל Positive: מיקום מצוין בלב שכונת Jordaan. אזור שליו ונעים להליכה, רומנטי במיוחד. הרבה מסעדות וברים וסופרים באזור אז אין בעיה מהבחינה הזאת. דירה מוארת מאוד ויחסית גדולה, אוויר טוב נכנס מהחלונות היפים של הדירה. המיטה נוחה מאוד. Negative: הבית לא נגיש בשום צורה. אנחנו זוג צעיר, יחסית בכושר, אבל לעלות את המדרגות האלה 3 קומות היה סיוט. זה לא מדרגות רגילות וצריך להבהיר את זה במודעה. מדובר במדרגות בזווית מאוד מאוד קשה לעליה וגבוהות בטירוף, בטח ובטח עם מזוודות וכבודה. לא מתאים בשום פנים ואופן למבוגרים, וגם לצעירים זה יהיה קשה. המארח ביקש לא להרעיש כאשר מעלים את המזוודות אבל אין אופציה כזאת, עשיתי 2 נגלות להעלות את המזוודות וזה היה פשוט סיוט. אישתי בהריון והתקשתה לרדת את המדרגות התלולות האלה ולכן ירדה אותן בישיבה. הדירה לא מטופחת, לא נקיה, מרגיש שלא באמת ניקו אותה כבר תקופה ארוכה אלא רק סידרו אחרי דיירים קודמים למראית עין. קומקום מזוהם לחלוטין (חיממתי מים עם המיקרוגל), ריח קל של טחב ואם לא פותחים את החלונות אחרי מספר דקות נהיה חנוק. מקלחת עם זרם מאוד מאוד חלש. התאכזבנו לחלוטין מהתמורה לדירה. אחרי לילה אחד וויתרנו על "התענוג" וסגרנו מלון אחר באזור כיכר דאם.

Ideale Lage, aber nur für kühle Tage. Positive: Super Lage, man kann sehr viel zu Fuß machen. Nette Lokale In der Nähe. Negative: Die Wohnung ist komplett zur Sonne ausgerichtet und hat keine ausreichende Vorrichtung, um die Hitze abzuwehren. Über Pfingsten hatten wir 30 Grad in der Wohnung, man konnte erst am Abend rein und konnte dann nur schlecht schlafen. Der Ventilator brachte leider gar nichts. Alle Kosmetika und Cremen haben sich verflüssigt. Im Bad bräuchte man noch eine Ablage neben dem winzigen Waschbecken, sonst muss man alles auf den Boden stellen. Glas für Zahnbürste fehlt. Bei der Dusche ist die verstellbare Halterung der Brause kaputt.

So much potential Positive: The “staff” was super friendly and really easy to get into contact with. Getting into the apartment was really easy as the notes were really detailed. Negative: I felt like everything was “almost” good. The bed was fine, but worn (and you can feel it). The shower was ok, but the height adjustment was broken. The location was good, but someone previous smoked in the place so it smelled like an ashtray. It did not give an inviting feeling to me.

Positive: Our stay here was fantastic! The apartment is really comfortable and has everything you need. The neighbourhood is the nicest in the whole city, central and quiet. Daphne is a truly wonderful and thoughtful host! We can’t wait to come back
